Ohm vinyasa is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga, that synchronizes breath to movement.

A Vinyasa class is taught in a higher pace, and you will often be challenged by more advanced poses that will improve your strength, endurance and flexibility.

Your heart rate will increase, and at the same time, you will feel a meditative state of mind as breath and movement melt into one.
